Lose weight without dieting or exercising!
Impossible, you say! Yet that is what people the world over are finding taking the ingredient in PHASE 2. With Phase 2, you will lose fat, not lean muscle tissue, up to 1 - 1 1/2 pounds of fat a week. These are the published results for the active ingredient in Phase 2.

Phase 2 is 525 mg of the first clinically proven standardized supplement from white kidney beans. It has been demonstrated to inhibit the carbohydrate-digesting enzyme alpha amylase so that a significant portion of the carbohydrates you eat are not broken down into sugars and absorbed. In clinical studies, subjects using Phase 2 lost an average of 1 1/2 pounds of fat per week. Phase 2 was orininally called Phaseolamin 2250 because 1 gm neutralized 2250 starch calories using a modified USP test method.
Note that the weight loss was fat only. It does not cause the loss of lean tissue. It does not even enter the blood stream, so there are virtually no side effects. In the experiments conducted so far, some people have reported slightly softer stools or minor bloating - but no one complained about them.
Are there other alternatives?
Yes, yes, and not really.
Yes: A sound diet, adequate exercise, proper sleep, and reducing your reliance on medications where appropriate is always the first step. Unfortunately, that is not always possible, so people look for other alternatives. Furthermore, they don’t always work for everyone.
Yes: you could take a product that induces thermogenesis by raising the metabolism. Such products tend to contain stimulants such as caffeine and ephedra, which many people try to avoid.
Not really: Phaseolamin first appeared in the 1970’s, but that was before it was understood how it needed to be made and so it wasn’t very effective in those days. Today, it is, as shown by the results in the clinical studies. Phase 2 has clinical studies behind it to demonstrate its purity and its results. There are other white kidney bean extracts and wheat alpha amylase inhibitors sold in the marketplace, but they do not have that kind of verification of their purity or results.
If you want to take a product that is known to work, you will want to stick with Phase 2. Most other products that use the active ingredient of Phase 2 also include nutrients that could be taken in too high a quantity. For safety’s sake, we use Phase 2 alone. So should you.
Is Phase 2 pure?
Yes! The kidney beans are non-GMO, and the extraction process uses purified water - no solvents!
How do I take it?
Take 1-2 capsules up to 30 minutes before the meal. Each capsule contains 525 mg of Phase 2, the standardized extract of white kidney beans. Two published studies so far have used 500 mg of Phase 2 taken 1/2 hour before meals. Another larger study is using 1,000 mg also taken 1/2 hour before meals. Because gastric emptying takes 30 minutes, taking it with the meal should provide roughly similar results as taken it before the meal.
